There’s no doubt about it. The 2010 Horse Show was a resounding success!
The riders who met in the Lockwood-Moore Field on Saturday, July 17, competed throughout the day in four different rings, taking part in dressage, jumping, pleasure, trail, and games classes. Everyone agreed that there are very few equestrian events that offer this much variety…or this much fun!
This year’s entire show was fondly dedicated to Marjorie V. Kittredge, the founder of Windrush Farm. Marj was an extraordinary horsewoman, a nationally rated dressage judge, and an internationally recognized equestrian therapy pioneer. Learn more...
Despite her busy schedule, Marj always found the time to remain a staunch supporter of BTA and the local equestrian community. For many years she donated her time as our dressage judge, so we are especially pleased to announce the creation of a new perpetual trophy -- the Kittredge Memorial Trophy, donated by Pat Morris – which will be awarded to each year’s high-point dressage rider. This year the trophy was awarded, for the first time ever, to Haley Hunziger of Topsfield.

BTA/BOLT, Inc. raises $120,000 in support of the Windrush Farm Conservation Project!
A huge thank you to all BTA/BOLT, Inc. friends who supported the Windrush Farm Conservation Project.
BTA/BOLT, Inc. contributed $20,000 to the project, a $50,000 challenge was put forth by an individual donor and a family foundation, and the BTA/BOLT, Inc. friends matched that $50,000, dollar per dollar!
